I was recently appointed, together with 3 other coaches, as National Team-manager. This will defeitely take away some of my "fishing time", but it's for a very good coarse. I fished 16 times for Holland and nearly always I came back dissapointed. Especially in the area of team managment there was very often a lot of room for improvement and that again was the reason that in my opinion very often we didn't get the maximum possible results out of our teams. Now I can try to prove my point, although I realise that it will be impossible to "change the world overnight". All in all a massive challenge but also a very interesting one.
