Although all JVS products are manufactured from the highest quality materials, it can always still happen that a product gets damaged or broken. JVS stands for top quality for an affordable price, and our phylosophy is to not only bring a product on the market, but also the after service when something goes wrong. In case of damages and/ or brakages you can contact one of our dealers, who will take care of the problem in the best possible way. On all carryalls and holdalls we even offer a 2 (!) year warranty on the stitching and zippers!
